Bud Murphy began serving half-time at Peoples Church a Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Ludington, Michigan, September 2013. His efforts on behalf of social justice in addition to UUJF, include involvement with:

  • H.O.M.E. (Homeless and Others for Meaningful Exchange)
  • We’ve a Voice, Inc. a group applying for a low power FM radio broadcast license.
  • F.A.I.T.H (Fighting Against Injustice Toward Harmony), an inter congregational community organizing group that operates under the guidance of D.A.R.T (Direct Action Research Training).
  • Bud is convinced that organized efforts are the most effective way to make a positive difference in the world.
